Requirements
1. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in provisioning and troubleshooting MPLS IP services, Voice services, and customer premises equipment (CPE).
2. Strong practical knowledge of IP Networking, including L2/L3 Protocols, IPv4, IPv6, MPLS, POTN, SDH, and FTTX.
3. Proficiency with router and switch hardware, functionalities, and features from vendors like Cisco and Huawei.
4. Demonstrated physical network troubleshooting skills.
5. Experience using networking tools such as traffic analysers, fiber optic power meters, and Ethernet testers.
6. BS in Engineering Degree or equivalent in years of progressive experience in B2B Telco environments.
7. A valid CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) or equivalent certification is mandatory.
8. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers, vendors, and internal business stakeholders.
Desirable
1. ITIL or BICSI certification is a strong advantage.
2. Experience with CRM and reporting tools such as Siebel, Field Force Automation, or Qlik.
3. Proven ability to understand and navigate complex business processes and technical environments.
4. Familiarity with technical documentation standards and best practices.
5. Flexibility to work varied hours as needed to meet project deadlines.
